# Infocracy and Informatium

A proposed political system and economy by Lucjan Izworski, developed since around 2012.
Infocracy does not operate in any country or city. The website presents a proposal; simulations and financial figures are illustrative, not empirical evidence.
Voting weight reflects verified knowledge relevant to each issue, multiplied by an ethics score. The Tree of Knowledge is a revisable, shared map of accepted claims. UWI assessments use Socratic dialogue; practical skills are verified by qualified practitioners.
Informatium combines private material property with open knowledge and payments to contributors when that knowledge is used. Infocratic Patents specify how to make something; payments follow its knowledge dependencies.
The community defines and revises AI permissions and system parameters. AI assists assessment and coordination; it is not the governing authority.
